Umesh has served as India head & Vice Chairman of Sindicatum Sustainable Resources - a leading Singapore based developer and owner of clean energy and sustainability projects worldwide and a producer of sustainable products from natural resources and waste. Umesh was part of co-founder group and Director of Operations of PMCI Plc-a LSE Listed Platinum Mining Company at London. He also served as CEO of the Projects Division of India’s major merchant banking company Bajaj Capital Ltd. and Head of Merchant Banking Operations of Mefcom.

Mr. Sudhir Gupta a Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from Faulty of Management Studies, Delhi. having more than 35 years of experience as a Renewable Energy Sector specialist having undertaken hydro, wind, solar and landfill projects in the Asian and European markets,. He has worked with leading Multinational and Indian companies like Kvarner Energy, Statkraft, SN Power from Norway , Berkeley Energy as Private Equity Partner and NTPC and Power Grid in India. He has managed renewable energy projects, primarily in Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and has extensive experience of preparation of feasibility reports, financial analysis, risk assessment, Power Purchase Agreements, proposal preparations etc. He has diversified experience in Wave Energy technology, other green energy fuel such as hydrogen, Lithium Batteries, Energy storage, sediment removal technologies etc. He has also been an investor in developing a 5-15 MW Renewable energy project in the Indian market.

Presently, holding the Chairman (Industry-II) for Environmental Clearance with the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change. Also, had been on the Selection Boards of National Green Tribunal (NGT) and Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for the members and member secretary positions. Ihab, an electrical engineer with M.Sc. from Cairo University, Egypt; has 35 years of professional experience in identifying, study and develop climate change mitigation, power generation & distribution, energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. He has conducted & authored Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMA), Mapping analysis and draft Measuring, Reporting & Verification (MRV) Studies for many sectors and GHG inventory for energy and transportation sectors. He led the technical team from different nationalities to develop and implement a $200 m RE-based greenhouse project in Australia; Ihab has worked with many international institutions, such as, EU, WB, IFC, USAID, DANIDA, UNDP, kfW, AfDB, EBRD, ..etc. in Egypt and many other countries including Morocco, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Yemen, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Angola, Indonesia, India, China, Hong Kong, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Nigeria & Uganda, Australia and Afghanistan. Ihab is EVP- Energy and represents Hydrogenium Resources as its Country Head in Egypt
